We have the best beef in the world and this beauty is sure to impress. Smoked on cherry and hickory wood.
Our tender pork is smoked and pulled apart with grace - never sauced.
Ground, seasoned, stuffed and smoked. We fought with this one and for good reason. Sweet start with a bite at the end...what it makes you do after is entirely up to you.
A house crafted sausage with cheese. So creamy it melts in your mouth with a mild finish, now that’s a nice smokie.

This is our version of the beef on a bun using our Alberta proud beef brisket. The beef is rich, tender and full of flavour keeping this beauty simple.
A pork sandwich topped off with our house slaw and your choice of the bbq sauces, nestled in between a local bakery bun.
Feel like getting saucy? We have three house made Bbq sauces.
A sweeter sauce with a bite at the end that compliments all of our smoked meats. Naughty? We think so.
No worcestershire, mustard, soy or wheat added.
This is a ketchup based sauce.
A cream based sauce that resembles the iconic donair sauce. Sweet...just like an angel.
Alberta honey blended with some good old fashioned mustard. It’s sweet like honey with a tangy finish. This beauty compliments all of our pork and the sausage when it arrives.

This is a mustard based sauce.
Because they’re important too...made with so much love.
Who knew cabbage can be so refreshing? Our slaw is made from scratch, including the dressing. Nothing but pure cabbage love.
Potato? Corn? Macaroni? This special side will change weekly to keep things exciting. Warm and cheesy in the winter and refreshing in the warmer months.
